Base pay range $20.00/hr - $28.00/hr
What you'll do
Assist management with supervision of associates by assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, and training on processes and procedures.
Provide direction and guidance on member service approaches to resolve member complaints and issues per company guidelines.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures; support the Open Door Policy; participate in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, promoting, coaching, and evaluating associates.
Communicate and support membership by providing information on membership types, programs, and benefits; process memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts; encourage renewals.
Promote the value of Sam\'s Club products and services; participate in sales and marketing events; maintain required documentation and recaps.
Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, and supporting self-service technology.
Assist members with transactions using registers or self-checkout; ensure club pick-up orders are fulfilled; oversee area operations including claims, returns, and merchandise organization.
Assist with cash handling, accounting records, deposits, and confidential information; support financial analysis and investigations as needed.
Collaborate with managers and coworkers to meet business needs, monitor progress, and identify improvement opportunities.
Promote compliance with ethics and integrity standards; support management in addressing issues and applying company policies.
Lead and participate in teams; coordinate work assignments, provide feedback, and help others adapt to change.

Minimum Qualifications
6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (e.g., cash register) AND 6 months customer service experience
Must be 18 years of age or older

Leading a front-end team; supervisory experience including hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing workload
