Base pay range : $56,000.00 – $83,000.00 per year Additional compensation: Annual Bonus – Target 5% of base salary Location
North America Headquarters office, Creve Coeur, MO Responsibilities
Perform risk assessments and determine creditworthiness of new and existing customers according to credit policies. Secure credit limits with trade credit insurer to meet North American business needs (Canada, Mexico). Handle collections of accounts receivable timely to maximize cash flow. Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly accounts receivable and credit limit reports. Support credit team in evaluating customers purchasing patterns against credit limits to avoid overextension. Review external financial reports and run compliance checks for new customers. Evaluate financial statements to determine credit eligibility. Provide backup to the Finance team as needed. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred. 3+ years’ experience in commercial credit preferred. Ability to understand and analyze financial, business and market data for credit risk assessments. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong negotiation and problem‑solving abilities. Proficiency in SAP, Word and Excel. Benefits
