Overview

Position: Bilingual Spanish - Personal Banker Thousand Oaks. Location: Thousand Oaks branch, San Antonio, Texas. As a Personal Banker, you will strengthen customer relationships with a defined sales process, engaging customers in sales conversations to identify appropriate financial solutions within PNC's Retail Branch Banking Network. Responsibilities

Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve the customers financial wellbeing. Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet. Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty. Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions with a defined sales process, including outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement. Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions. Leverage ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand and retain relationships. Create customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience. Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs. Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools and resources. Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems to drive loyalty. Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, exercising sound judgment within established limits. Demonstrate heightened scrutiny to identify and avoid loss. Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring activities are completed efficiently and accurately. Qualifications

Bilingual Spanish required. Successful candidates must demonstrate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a Personal Banker role, with preferred background in banking products, customer service, and sales. Work experience typically includes an Associate degree or equivalent; typically 3+ years experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience may be considered. Education: No Degree required. Certifications: No Required Certification(s).
