Supporting the Sales Team and Operations Manager for US Wholesale. Responsibilities
Nuorder & Joor (B2B platform) management Sample management — logging all sent and received samples and liaising between the NY, LA, and London offices Dropbox management Showroom/office maintenance — line sheets, samples tagged properly, clean up before and after appointments, ordering and organizing supplies, office equipment maintenance, backroom organization Trade show management — preparing sample line/packing/unpacking/pricing, arranging travel Maintaining the accuracy of distribution maps Ensuring all brand guidelines and copy are up to date with current accounts Providing copy templates for all major US accounts Continuously update the sales showroom with current products Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service Assisting sales team at all US tradeshows Admin management
