You’ll be responsible for generating leads, working with prospective homebuyers, and continuously following up to close the deal. Responsibilities
Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a smooth home buying process
Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale
Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline
Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market
Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget
Connection Over Transaction:
Host open houses where you’re not just selling a property but understanding an individual’s dreams
Be the Bridge:
Guide both the buyer and the seller to a happy ending, ensuring a seamless transaction process
Follow-Up, Don’t Chase:
Keep in touch with leads through thoughtful communication, turning prospects into long-term clients
Qualifications
Applicants should have a high school diploma; bachelor’s degree desired
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience
Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success
Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
Compensation $80,000 - $100,000+ at plan commission
