What You Will Do
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products; provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations and manage product/software inquiries.
Utilize government websites, professional resources and team expertise to deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
Virtual, customer‑facing role: use state‑of‑the‑art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
Who You Are
Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws, plus an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
Bilingual (English/Spanish) written & spoken communication skills.
Passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation and dedicated to enhancing our brand by delighting our customers.
Excellent customer service skills and excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
What You Need
Internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread over three or more days.
Competitive Compensation
Base Pay Range (varies by location): Bay Area & Southern California – $28.80–$36.50; Colorado – $27.50–$34.80; Hawaii – $28.80–$36.50; Illinois – $27.50–$34.80; Maryland – $27.50–$34.80; Massachusetts – $28.80–$36.50; Minnesota – $24.80–$30.30; New Jersey – $28.80–$36.50; New York – $28.80–$36.50; Ohio – $24.80–$30.30; Vermont – $27.50–$34.80; Washington – $28.80–$36.50; Washington DC – $28.80–$36.50.
Eligible for cash bonus, equity rewards, benefits, and other compensation per Intuit plans.
