Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, addressing their concerns and providing strategic guidance. Supervise and mentor audit staff, fostering their professional growth. Perform risk assessment and develop audit plans to address potential issues. Review financial statements and internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations. Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies. Participate in professional development opportunities, including webcasts and conferences, to enhance expertise in commercial audits. Stay current with industry trends and regulations to provide expert guidance to clients. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field with a minor in accounting. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred. Minimum of 5 years of audit experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of auditing standards and regulations. Exceptional technical, communication, and leadership skills. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
