We’re seeking detail‑oriented candidates with strong analytical and English comprehension skills. You’ll read, summarize, analyze complex content, validate claims through online research, and collaborate with Large Language Models (LLMs) to improve their performance.
Your work will directly contribute to refining cutting‑edge AI systems (like Gemini) —

What does day‑to‑day look like: You would spend time answering a variety of interesting analytical questions and creating scenarios that can train the LLM models to get better. For example, you might correct models that get things wrong and provide explanations to enable them to learn.
Example tasks:
Assist with screening and training others for Google account usage (Gmail, YouTube, Gemini, Search, Photos).
Requirements:
Multilingual capabilities (English & Japanese)
Analytical skills: good research and analytical abilities
Feedback skills: provide constructive feedback and detailed annotations
Creative thinking: lateral thinking abilities
Communication: excellent communication and collaboration skills
Independence: self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
Commitment: ability to commit to 40 hours per week for the contract duration overlapping US hours
Technical setup: Desktop/laptop with good internet connection
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or comparable experience in engineering, literature, journalism, communications, arts, statistics, or related field
Professional writing experience (business analyst, research analyst, copywriter, journalist, technical writer, editor, translator, etc.)
Understanding of Excel and Google Suite
No AI experience required
Proficiency in data interpretation, logical reasoning, and basic arithmetic desirable
