Assistant Controller With Leading Healthcare Provider Needed! Location:
Orlando, FL (Fully Onsite) Base pay range $125,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr What You’ll Do
Oversee and support daily accounting operations and month-end close processes. Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls. Partner with leadership on financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting. Provide detailed variance analysis and recommend improvements for efficiencies. Mentor and support accounting team members to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Assist with audits, reconciliations, and process improvement initiatives. What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA a plus). 7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, with leadership responsibilities. Strong background in GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls. Healthcare industry experience preferred. Advanced Excel and ERP systems proficiency. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Competitive base salary of $125K–$130K. Generous paid time off and paid holidays.
