What You Will Do In this role, you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. You will provide tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries to support our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”
Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers to customers in everyday language.
Interact with customers via video communication software, documenting interactions to maintain accurate records.
Who You Are
Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns using commercial tax prep software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax prep experience, extensive knowledge of tax laws, and PTIN.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
Excellent customer service skills; professional, friendly, confident communication through video/audio tools.
Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation and enhancing our brand.
What You Need
Reliable internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Compensation Base pay ranges by location (examples):
Bay Area, California $28.80 - $36.50
Southern California $28.80 - $36.50
Colorado $27.50 - $34.80
Hawaii $28.80 - $36.50
Illinois $27.50 - $34.80
Maryland $27.50 - $34.80
Massachusetts $28.80 - $36.50
Minnesota $24.80 - $30.30
New Jersey $28.80 - $36.50
New York $28.80 - $36.50
Ohio $24.80 - $30.30
Vermont $27.50 - $34.80
