Asset & Wealth Management, GS Ayco Financial Wellness Coach - Analyst, Irving, TX GOLDMAN SACHS AYCO partners with Fortune 1000 companies to design and implement tailored financial planning programs for their workforce, leveraging the 50-year heritage of Ayco and the resources of Goldman Sachs to meet employees’ evolving needs. Ayco focuses on helping employees manage their personal finances through education and guided implementation, including employee benefit planning. About This Opportunity Goldman Sachs Ayco Financial Wellness is where financial advisors start their career. Our coaches receive a robust training program that prepares them to independently work with clients over the phone within seven months. The training includes a dedicated training team, licensing support (SIE, Series 7, and Series 66), and in-depth technical training in a range of financial planning concepts. Responsibilities

Build meaningful client relationships and deliver personalized financial planning through scheduled phone appointments and inbound conversations. Apply training to real client scenarios and progressively expand technical competency beyond the initial program. Maintain an ownership mindset, continually developing, learning, and growing professionally. Provide clear explanations of financial concepts to clients with varying levels of knowledge. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses (or as a condition of employment within a defined period after joining) Desire to grow a long-term career as a client-facing advisor at Goldman Sachs Ayco Strong passion for personal financial planning and delivering excellent client service via extensive daily client contact Excellent verbal and written communication skills to simplify complex financial concepts Strong interpersonal skills to build client relationships and collaborate with colleagues Integrity and sound judgment when handling confidential information Ability to multi-task independently in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and ability to deliver client work accurately and on time Willingness to learn and apply feedback for professional growth Preferred Qualifications

Minimum 3.5 GPA CFP or Life, Accident, and Health license; SIE license Customer service experience Experience with eMoney financial planning software and Salesforce CRM About Goldman Sachs
