Senior Finance Manager About the Role

The Accounts Receivable Lead oversees accounts receivable operations for large-scale enterprise clients, ensuring timely invoicing and collections, accurate reporting, and cash flow management. The AR Lead collaborates with internal teams and clients to optimize the AR process while maintaining strong relationships and compliance. What You’ll Do

Lead and manage the enterprise accounts receivable process, ensuring timely invoicing and collections. Monitor accounts and follow up on outstanding balances to minimize delinquency and improve cash flow. Develop and implement best practices to enhance AR and reduce DSO. Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Customer Support to resolve billing discrepancies and disputes. Analyze AR aging, track KPIs, and provide updates to leadership. Assist in reconciling accounts and resolving payment discrepancies promptly. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Support month-end and year-end closing with accurate AR data and reports. Utilize financial software and ERP systems to streamline AR operations and reporting. Assist in RFP inquiries supporting Enterprise Sales. Monitor client creditworthiness and assist with contract review to limit bad debt. What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. 3+ years in accounts receivable, credit & collections, or related roles, with at least 1 year in supervision. Strong knowledge of enterprise AR processes, invoicing, collections, and reconciliation. Proficiency in financial systems and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and Excel. Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication and negotiation skills to manage client relationships. Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Experience with enterprise-level clients and large-scale AR operations preferred.
