Think strategically about Rockefeller Center from an asset management perspective, balancing long-term competitive advantage with market dynamics. Ensure Rockefeller Center remains well-positioned in a changing market by proactively responding to market changes. Execute and define the property’s business plan; coordinate with internal teams and third-party consultants (e.g., architects, engineers, marketing agencies) to advance the business plan. Maintain property forecasting models in ARGUS and Excel. Collaborate with Office and Retail Leasing teams to analyze potential leases and update property assumptions per signed leases. Monitor and analyze ongoing capital projects in coordination with Design & Construction and Property Management teams. Coordinate with Property Management and Accounting to track expenses based on bills and projected future costs. Support annual budgeting and reforecasting with Property Management, Design & Construction, Leasing, and Accounting teams. Assist with refinancing and disposition activities as they arise. Qualifications
4-6 years of experience in an analytically rigorous Real Estate or Finance environment. Experience with ARGUS and financial modeling. Passion for real estate and a desire to build a career on the principal side. Strong creative problem-solving skills. Effective written and oral communication skills. Ability to work effectively with peers and senior executives in a highly entrepreneurial, team-oriented environment. Attention to detail and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities. Compensation & Benefits:
The base compensation range for this role is $120,000 to $160,000. The role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability insurance, a 401(k) plan with matching contributions, wellness benefits, and other full-time employee benefits.
