General RV Center is the nation’s largest family‑owned RV dealer, founded in 1962 and growing nationwide. We are seeking an Accounting Coordinator to join our accounting team and support our growing operations.

Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing, vendor records, and annual budget preparation.
Prepare bank reconciliations.
Investigate and resolve payment issues.
Process commission adjustments for sales staff with accuracy.
Handle licensing and compliance tasks, such as applications, renewals, and updates.
Generate end‑of‑month reports (e.g., AP/AR, inventory).
Provide general administrative support.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent education and experience.
Minimum of 3+ years of general office or accounting experience.
Demonstrable experience with Microsoft Excel and ability to manipulate data to generate valuable spreadsheets.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well under pressure.
Ability to work well as part of a team and also individually.
