Manager, Reporting & Analytics role at Hill's Pet Nutrition. The Global Marketing Reporting and Analytics Manager is responsible for driving reporting and end point analytics for the Global Marketing and Strategy Team. Global Data Analysis and Insights: Lead and establish the analysis of global marketing data from diverse sources to extract meaningful insights and trends; collaborate with regional marketing teams to understand local nuances and incorporate them into a cohesive global perspective; identify opportunities for growth, optimization, and risk mitigation based on data-driven insights. Comprehensive Reporting & Data Visualization: Develop and manage a comprehensive suite of global marketing reports for executives and regional teams; create dashboards and reports that communicate KPIs, campaign effectiveness, and ROI; use visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) to build interactive representations; ensure visualizations are intuitive and actionable. Performance Measurement and Forecasting: Establish and monitor global marketing KPIs, track performance against targets; develop forecasting models to predict future marketing trends and performance to aid proactive decision-making. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with global marketing teams, sales, finance, and IT to align data strategies and ensure accurate reporting; translate business needs into technical requirements and insights into actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders. Process Enhancement and Automation: Identify opportunities to streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting through automation and improved workflows; implement best practices for data accuracy, integrity, and security. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field. 2+ years in marketing analytics, reporting, and data interpretation. Proficiency in advanced data visualization tools, especially Tableau or Power BI. Preferred Qualifications
Exceptional communication skills to convey technical findings to diverse global stakeholders. Strategic thinking and ability to align data insights with business objectives. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets. 5+ years in global marketing analytics, reporting, and data interpretation. Prior exposure to multinational organizations and multilingual skills are advantageous. Familiarity with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, etc. Comprehensive understanding of global marketing trends, strategies, and dynamics. Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $120,000.00 - $165,000.00 USD. Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
