a Manager, Custodial Bank Reconciliations
to join our team. Reporting to the Director of Treasury Operations and Loan Accounting, this position is responsible for overseeing and ensuring compliance with mortgage custodial bank account reconciliations and reporting. This role maintains, improves, and develops the reconciliation and reporting processes, while supporting requests from auditors, affiliate accounting groups, and regulatory agencies as applicable. Additionally, this position manages a team of Accounting and Finance professionals responsible for key operational functions within the Finance & Accounting department, including driving efficiencies, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and contributing to strategic initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness across the organization. Qualifications include: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), or Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification preferred 5+ years’ experience in Accounting, Finance, or Loan Servicing 3+ years’ financial experience in loan servicing and MSP, including investor reporting, mortgage payment and escrow processing, loan accounting, and custodial bank reconciliation Previous experience managing people, leading teams, and coordinating projects is highly preferred Prior experience in mortgage investor reporting is preferred Solid understanding of mortgage corporate and escrow servicing advances preferred Strong skills and experience in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively through strong verbal and written skills with exceptional responsiveness to clients, auditors, and regulatory agencies.
