What You Will Do
Support the Sr Manager, Omni Commerce Performance & Analytics on the Enterprise Omni Commerce team, working across Campbell’s Meals & Beverages brands.
Lead Omni reporting (eComm consumption reports) and provide analysis on how we are tracking against Share, Sales and Digital Penetration goals.
Lead sales data analysis, trend analysis, digital insights, and daily monitoring of business trends and performance across the eCommerce customer landscape (Amazon, Instacart and Omnichannel).
Partner with cross-functional teams (Shopper Insights, Category Management and The Digital Shelf teams) to monitor real-time business issues and deliver data-driven storytelling.
Performs sales analysis and provides proactive & diagnostic reporting for Campbell's M&B brands across Amazon, Instacart and Omni customers.
Delivers Omni Reporting (Monthly, L13, L52 & FYTD eCommerce Reports) for M&B, collaborating with Circana and First Party Platforms to ensure accurate consumption reports across categories and top customers.
Helps execute the Omni Commerce measurement roadmap and supports data technology & capabilities improvements.
Develops Customer-specific eComm diagnostics and growth opportunities; assists with eComm sales, share and digital penetration target tracking.
Supports business planning processes (AOP, Customer T2Ts) and strengthens internal presentations with eCommerce data and insights.
Collaborates with internal stakeholders to incorporate eCommerce data into MBRS, QBRs, and other meetings; contributes to eCategory Management and standards development.
Monitors and reports eComm Sales, Share and Digital Penetration targets in Category team meetings; provides actionable digital insights for each brand.

What You Bring To The Table... (Must Have)
Bachelor's degree required
5+ years of relevant experience with Circana or a first party eCommerce/Customer data provider (eg. Scintilla, Amazon Vendor Central)
It Would Be Great If You Have... (Nice to have)
ECommerce or Category Management experience
Ability to organize and synthesize data and communicate succinct, actionable insights
Strong business results presentation and data storytelling skills
Ability to build cross-functional relationships to drive holistic recommendations
Project planning, prioritization, and deadline management
Solutions-oriented approach and independent, but collaborative work style
Curious, continuous learner mindset
Compensation And Benefits The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $86,700-$124,700. Individual base pay depends on work location and factors such as experience and education. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. We offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
