Rhino USA is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Accountant to join our team in Woodstock, Georgia to oversee our accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support strategic decision-making. This role is both hands-on and managerial, responsible for maintaining compliance with accounting standards while driving process improvements to strengthen our financial infrastructure. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive, with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of GAAP, financial controls, and business operations. Key Responsibilities

Oversee preparation of accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and all relevant laws. Coordinate annual audits and liaise with external auditors and tax advisors. Accounting Operations

Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger. Oversee cash flow management, reconciliations, and expense reporting. Maintain and improve internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures. Budgeting & Forecasting

Partner with leadership to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models. Provide variance analysis and actionable insights to support business decisions. Monitor key financial metrics and provide regular performance updates to management. Leadership & Team Development

Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering professional growth and efficiency. Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, and executive leadership. Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline financial operations. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA strongly preferred). 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or controller role. Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and corporate tax. Proven experience with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., Xero, Fullfil.io, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change. Discretionary Performance Bonus:
