Join WesBanco as a Mortgage Loan Officer in Residential Lending, located in Aurora, OH. This position is 100% in-office, working full-time in a designated WesBanco location. Summary:
Originate various types of mortgage loans, generate bank fee income, and build or replace portfolio as directed by senior management. Essential Functions: Acquire and maintain proficiency in the Bank's policies and procedures. Adhere to all laws, rules, and regulations applicable to your conduct and work. Complete all assigned compliance training in a timely manner. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Complete loan applications and input information into the loan origination system. Obtain necessary documentation and review customer-provided information. Conduct weekly pipeline calls and promote the bank's mortgage products within the real estate community. Communicate updates with customers throughout the mortgage process and maintain sales stage information. Promote and cross-sell all bank products and services. Qualifications: Associate's degree or equivalent experience. Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, and VA preferred. Mortgage loan origination lending background is required. Other Skills And Abilities: Able to multi-task under stressful conditions. Provide exceptional service to mortgage customers, underwriters, processors, and closers.
