Base Salary:
$90,000 - $110,000 + bonus Additional benefits and perks offered Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities Generate accurate, GAAP-compliant financial reports Analyze financial results and performance metrics Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls Coordinate with external auditors for audit processes Support the development of annual budgets and periodic forecasts Drive efficiencies in systems and processes Provide mentorship to junior accounting staff Manage standard cost accounting and variance analysis What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field At least 6 years of relevant accounting experience (corporate or public) In-depth knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting standards Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite (required) Experience with ERP/accounting systems such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or SAP Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
