This range is provided by Ben Kinney Team Colorado Powered by PLACE. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Base pay range $145,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr Responsibilities

Shadowing/Training - You'll train, role-play, and demonstrate industry-leading practices under an expert agent. Lead Generation - You'll execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly, enhancing your lead generation skills. This includes making calls through the database of team leads. Open Houses - Hold open houses that attract buyers and sellers, combining your personality with our support. Communication - Learn and execute proven relationship-building skills to convert conversations into valuable appointments. Script Training - Participate in weekly script practice sessions to hone your skills. Teamwork - Engage in team activities that foster camaraderie and belonging. Coaching/Training - Access weekly 1:1 coaching, engaging training, and Partner Calls for collaborative growth. Consultation - Guide buyers through the home-buying process using proven systems and technology. Home Selection - Identify homes that meet clients’ needs and secure signed buyer agreements. Negotiation - Use proven scripts and techniques to negotiate offers for buyers. Done For You - Leverage our support team to streamline tasks and help close transactions. Technology - Utilize PLACE Technology to streamline client support and meet goals while delivering outstanding service. Qualifications

A strong ambition to thrive in real estate and enthusiasm for interacting with people. Ability to cultivate and sustain professional relationships to build trust with clients, agents, and stakeholders. Solid work ethic, excellent communication skills, and willingness to learn and develop. Personable with a positive, cheerful attitude to foster client relationships and maintain a professional image. Willingness to drive and accompany clients to property viewings. Learner mindset to stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
