Leverage our unique platform that targets qualified candidates seeking our diverse life insurance products. Client Consultation:
Perform comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients' financial goals and insurance needs. Sales Presentation:
Deliver captivating sales presentations to individuals and groups, showcasing the benefits and features of our life insurance products. Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, offering continuous support and service. Market Research:
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions. Sales Reporting:
Keep precise and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward sales targets. Compliance:
Ensure all sales activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies. Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and manage a flexible schedule. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus. You must have a life insurance license or be able to obtain one. Compensation: The range is based on the average rep in current markets Bonuses are performance-based and paid every month. Residuals are paid on the anniversary date of the client's sale.
