As a tutor on the platform, you can set your own schedule, earn competitive rates, and impact students’ learning—all from your home. What We Look For In a Tutor
Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging teaching style. Expertise in CFA - Level 1 and the ability to explain concepts clearly. Ability to personalize lessons and adapt to different learning styles. Preference for tutors with prior tutoring or teaching experience and graduate-level education. Responsibilities
Tutor CFA - Level 1 content online to individual students through our Live Learning Platform. Set your own hours, tutor as much as you’d like, and invoice for sessions. Be matched with students best-suited to your teaching style and expertise. Leverage our AI-powered Tutor Copilot to enhance sessions with real-time instructional support, lesson generation, and engagement features. Receive base contract rates and potential increases for specialized subjects; rates may reach up to $40/hour with same-student progression. Get paid up to twice per week for completed tutoring sessions. Ways To Connect With Students
1-on-1 Online Tutoring – Provide personalized instruction to individual students. Instant Tutoring – Accept on-demand tutoring requests when available. About Varsity Tutors
