Ensemble Schools is seeking a fun, experienced, and professional

violin instructor

to teach part-time at The Music Shop, in Boonton, New Jersey. This position is in person with Monday and Saturday availability as well as other weekday afternoons. Teachers can set their availability within our open hours as needed, but consistency is valued by both students and school staff, and preference will be given to candidates with greater availability. Responsibilities

Teach violin lessons in person at The Music Shop in Boonton, NJ. Maintain regular, reliable availability aligned with student needs and the studio schedule. Foster a positive, punctual, and professional learning environment for students of varying ages and skill levels. Qualifications

Strong music background evidenced by a degree in music performance, pedagogy, or equivalent performing experience. Demonstrated love of teaching and experience working with young musicians. Appreciation for punctuality and reliable transportation. Ability to pass a routine background check. Pay and Benefits

Pay: $30-34 per hour, commensurate with experience. 401(k) program with employer matching available after 90 days on the job. About Ensemble Schools
