The role involves delivering predesigned workouts to groups of up to 42 clients. CEU accredited workshops provided, with paid attendance. Extra pay for coaching holidays (7 paid holidays per year). 401k plan available for both full-time and part-time coaches. Job Qualifications: Must hold a current fitness certification from an OTF-approved education provider (ACE, AFAA, ACSM, NASM, NSCA, ISSA). Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, human movement, heart-rate-focused training programs, and the science behind OTF workouts. Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills. Desire to train all fitness levels. Commitment to investing 10+ hours per year in continuing education outside of OTF curriculum. Bachelor’s degree in an exercise-related field is preferred. Current in-person or blended (in-person and self-study) CPR/AED certification. At least 1 year of professional experience teaching and/or managing in the fitness industry. Excellent communication, business acumen, and customer service skills. Ability to safely lift and move up to 40 lbs.
