Job Summary Eastern Washington University is currently seeking an Assistant Track & Field / Cross Country Coach. This position is housed in the athletic department and will report to the Director of Track and Field / Cross Country, the designated administrative sport supervisor, and, ultimately, the Director of Athletics. It is the responsibility of the Coach to work closely with the Director to design, organize, implement, facilitate, oversee and evaluate all facets of a Big Sky, NCAA Division I assigned sport program. Recruiting Fundraising and public appearances of the coach Providing educational, monitoring and supervisory components, as well as working within a shared facility This person will work closely with the equipment, sports medicine, strength & conditioning staff.
