Retail Store Manager (RSM) works as the leader of a Retail Team to bring the brand to life. They live and breathe the brand and Arch Telecom’s Core Values. They thrive in a fast-paced, fun environment where customer needs are the priority and build meaningful connections with customers by uncovering their needs and educating, demonstrating, and recommending device and service solutions. What you’ll do in your role Lead by example to guide the team to achieve goals and maintain an exceptional in-store experience. Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care, or in-store. Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store. Oversee all store functions to meet or exceed sales goals, including sales, inventory, and the implementation of new store programs and initiatives. Sell to find personalized solutions beyond the bare-bones device and service plan, including accessories and emerging Internet of Things (IoT) devices. Maintain store readiness and excellence in every aspect of store operations. Develop proficiency with digital tools to enhance customer interactions and onboarding, including: Demonstrate coverage in the customer’s neighborhood and a fast LTE network. Explain plans and services that help customers live unlimited, stay connected, and go further. Inspect and troubleshoot devices and accounts as part of a redefining wireless experience. Training and collaboration Complete trainings on in-store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources. Build relationships with employees across channels to: Own the customer experience and resolve issues for a seamless environment. Identify and hand off small business leads. Develop strong peer relationships and accountability for the company’s success. Provide first-class customer experience while maintaining a positive team culture.
