Summary of Responsibilities:

Manage immigration process from end-to-end for immigrant & non-immigrant visas which include new visa applications, visa renewals, and green card cases

Knowledge of different visa types (E-2, L-1, H-1B, etc.), visa requirements, and immigration regulations

Experience working on green card cases (EB-1 & PERM cases) and PERM recruitment is a must

Ensure compliance with all immigration regulations and documentation

Provide timely response to inquiries utilizing knowledge and interpretation of policies, procedures, and immigration regulations

Collaborate with immigration attorney to analyze and evaluate immigration situations

Ad hoc HR related projects (may not be related to immigration) and general HR support

Education / Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree

At least 3+ years of experience and has a deep knowledge of immigration regulations and processes

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, shift priorities based on business needs, and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive outlook

Exceptional oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate to all employee levels including Senior Management and provide excellent customer service

Precise attention to detail and strong record keeping habits with a keen eye for data inconsistencies

Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Ability to make independent decisions, resolve issues, and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

With respect to this position in our Houston Office, the expected base salary ranges from $90,000 to $105,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
