Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – California-Based
Location: Downey, California Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000 per year + benefits Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM) Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and licensed LMFT to provide virtual therapy services to clients throughout California. You will conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via a secure online platform, helping clients navigate a range of mental health and relationship challenges. What You’ll Do: Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Participate in team meetings and peer consultations (virtually) Uphold ethical and legal standards of care
Active LMFT license in the state of California (required) Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field Minimum 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience Comfortable using telehealth platforms and maintaining HIPAA compliance Strong communication and organizational skills.
