Remote Commission-Only Sales Rep (Independent Contractor) – AI Automation & Consulting About Us: Solaris Engine is an AI Automation agency and consultancy based in Utah USA. We specialize in bringing AI-driven solutions for businesses that need help closing deals, getting leads, or solving a technical bottleneck in their workflow. We use automation workflows to deliver services such as: Personalized cold outreach systems Ongoing monthly automation & AI solutions for growth We’re not just selling a product—we’re offering ongoing AI consulting + monthly performance-driven improvements to help businesses grow faster. The Role: Remote Commission-Only Sales Rep We're looking for motivated, entrepreneurial salespeople to help us bring AI automation to businesses across regions/countries such as North America, Europe, Dubai, Japan, Australia, Singapore. You’ll be fully responsible for: Generating your own leads Setting up all meetings Pitching our core offer (we even offer first automations for free or with a money-back guarantee to help you close deals; you can use these offers or not, it's up to you.) All you need is hustle and internet. We’ll train you on our systems and give you demo materials. Compensation: Commission-Only, High Upside Earn 40% of the client's initial payment, and then 20% of all client payments for the next 6 months. (Example: if a client pays $2,000/month, you earn $800 initially, then $400/month for the next 6 months = up to $3,200 per client overall) Residual-style income for each client you close No cap on earnings – the more you close, the more you make No base salary — 100% performance-based. Meaning you could be earning 10.000$ a month or much much more.
