Overview

Reporting to the EHS manager at our Council Bluffs manufacturing facility, local producers of Marie Callender, Healthy Choice, Banquet products and more, you will support the plant\'s Environment, Health, Safety & Sustainability programs by integrating safety and environmental practices into daily operations. You will manage plant-level EHS projects, training, and compliance programs, working with teams such as Production, Maintenance, Engineering, and Quality. Responsibilities

Collaborate with your team and subject matter experts to design and implement plant-specific EHS programs. Support project planning and execution for EHS programs, ensuring understanding of plant goals and implementation. Support the development and rollout of standardized safety programs tailored to plant operations. Coordinate internal EHS audits, including scheduling, reporting, and tracking corrective actions to closure. Support emergency preparedness programs, including evacuation drills and severe weather response plans. Develop and deliver EHS training content for plant personnel. Maintain and report important safety and environmental metrics (weekly, monthly, annually) to plant leadership. Be a resource for continuous improvement in safety culture and regulatory compliance. Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree (Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Industrial Engineering, or other related field). Experience leading teams 2+ years of experience in project management or EHS roles within a manufacturing or industrial setting. Experience presenting training and reports to leadership. Familiarity with OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulatory standards Relocation assistance is available for this position. Preference will be given to local candidates. Compensation: Salary Range:

$63,000-$93,000 Note:

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on, but not limited to, location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity.
