Senior Project Manager - Water/Wastewater
to help serve our connection of clients and community. This role is perfect for a technical leader who enjoys
hands-on design

Your Primary Responsibilities will include
Lead the planning and detailed design of water and wastewater treatment facilities, pump stations, collection and distribution systems, and related infrastructure.
Serve as the technical lead on design projects—reviewing calculations, drawings, specifications, and reports to ensure quality and accuracy.
Manage project scope, budgets, and schedules while maintaining a strong focus on technical excellence.
Collaborate directly with clients to develop design concepts, evaluate alternatives, and deliver practical, sustainable outcomes.
What you'll need
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (Master’s preferred).
Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
10+ years of progressive experience in the design and management of water and/or wastewater, or sewer infrastructure projects.
Strong background in hydraulic modeling, or treatment process design planning.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and lead design teams.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
