BCBA Job Responsibilities: Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports. Develop and monitor individualized treatment and behavior support plans. Supervise and train BTs/RBTs. Support families in managing behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors. Conduct functional assessments and analyze data to monitor progress.
