We are looking for a Cybersecurity Analyst I to support daily security operations, assist with monitoring, and contribute to the ongoing protection of our cloud and IT environments. This role is responsible for identifying potential security risks, supporting incident triage, and helping maintain accurate documentation and compliance reporting.
Responsibilities
Gain familiarity with cybersecurity principles, methods, and practices.
Assist with monitoring system access and network controls.
Maintain network security documentation and user information.
Conduct basic risk assessments and analyze potential threats.
Support incident response and reporting efforts.
Collaborate on special projects with Cyber Risk & Compliance, eDiscovery, and other teams.
Learn and adhere to company, regulatory, and industry standards.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (i.e. Cybersecurity, Information Technology). The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as 4 years' experience in a related field in lieu of degree.
Foundational understanding of cybersecurity principles, such as access controls, firewalls, malware, and incident response.
Familiarity with common security tools (e.g., antivirus, endpoint protection, vulnerability scanners).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a security operations, IT support, or network operations environment.
Exposure to frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, or SOC 2.
Basic familiarity with cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS).
Security certification such as CompTIA Security+, SC-900, or equivalent
USD 65,500.00 - 98,300.00 per year
Compensation: The base salary ranges from $65,500.00 to $98,300.00 and may vary based on location and candidate qualifications. Position may be eligible for additional compensation, including an incentive program.
