Architectural Designer
to join their team. This role will present a lot of opportunity for upward trajectory and growth for the individual that wants to expand very quickly. Focused on retail, hospitality, commercial, and workplace environments, this role requires a strong command of design documentation, consultant coordination, and code compliance—paired with a sharp eye for detail and design intent. Responsibilities
Develop complete construction document sets (plans, RCPs, millwork, schedules, etc.) in Revit. Translate interior design concepts into architectural drawings for DOB filings and construction. Conduct site surveys and field verifications to support accurate documentation. Coordinate with consultants to align technical scope and ensure compliance with NYC codes and ADA standards. Support DOB submission efforts and assist the AOR with permit and filing documentation. Contribute to renderings and visual materials for presentations as needed. Ensure documentation reflects the client’s brand and project goals. Qualifications
B.Arch or M.Arch degree; licensure preferred (or actively in progress). 5–8+ years of experience in retail, hospitality, workplace, or commercial interior architecture. Advanced Revit skills required; proficiency in Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D modeling tools. Strong knowledge of NYC Building Code and DOB filing processes. Exceptional drawing, detailing, and coordination skills. Clear communicator with a team-first, detail-oriented mindset. Seniority level
