About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient
Senior Technical Project Architect
to lead and deliver complex projects within the
Healthcare ,
Science & Technology , and/or
Higher Education
sectors. Based in our
New York City
studio, you will bring deep expertise in technical design, documentation, coordination, and project delivery, with a strong command of
Revit
and a proven record of managing multi-disciplinary teams. Responsibilities
Lead technical project execution from design development through construction administration. Manage and coordinate the production of high-quality construction documents in Revit. Interface with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure design intent is realized and maintained throughout all phases. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project team members. Oversee code analysis, detailing, materials research, and construction document quality control. Coordinate and review consultant deliverables and integration of building systems. Lead technical coordination meetings and support Construction Administration efforts. Ensure project documentation adheres to office standards and project requirements. Qualifications
Professional degree in Architecture
(B.Arch or M.Arch). Multiple Years
of relevant professional experience with a strong portfolio of built work. Licensed Architect
preferred. Extensive experience in
Healthcare ,
S&T , or
Higher Education
projects, preferably within NYC or comparable urban environments. Demonstrated expertise in
technical detailing , building envelope systems, code compliance, and complex building systems integration. Advanced Revit skills
required; experience setting up and managing BIM execution plans a plus. Familiarity with NYC DOB regulations, healthcare codes (FGI, ADA, etc.), and institutional guidelines. Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal, written, and graphic communication skills. What We Offer
