Responsibilities
Assures customers are receiving world class customer service and attention in the fitting rooms
Answer all incoming calls in a friendly, professional and pleasant disposition
Be knowledgeable and courteous while assisting customers and transferring calls to appropriate associates or areas for further assistance
Assist in general office duties that include mail, phones, and assisting other office positions as needed
Assist in various projects for members of the Leadership team as needed
Development of product knowledge and partner with sales associates to help achieve daily selling goals
Focuses on fashion trends
Checks customers in and out of rooms, while monitoring amount of merchandise the customer has in the fitting room
Prepares merchandise (buttons, zips, etc.) to return to the selling floor
Be knowledgeable to answer questions regarding location, price and use of merchandise
Contribute to a work environment that fosters pride in being part of a winning team and promotes personal growth
Demonstrate strong organization, attention to detail, ability to multi-task and problem solving skills
Be professional in appearance and attitude, contribute to a positive team atmosphere and treat others with respect
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to complete basic mathematical equations
Promote the Scheels Visa card and clearly explain all benefits

Education & Experience The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED; 1-3 months of related experience or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Physical Requirements Must be able to sit, stand, bend, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation. Medium work requires exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds constantly to move objects. Follow safety procedures to minimize risk of injury.
Compensation & Schedule Compensation for this position starts at $17.50 per hour. Must be flexible to work an assigned schedule between 9:00am-9:00pm Monday through Saturday and 10:00am-6:00pm Sunday. Schedule may include varied hours, evenings, weekends, holidays, with set two nights per week to close and a set day off during the week and every other weekend rotation, averaging 40 hours per week.
