is seeking a skilled and customer-focused

In-House IT Help Desk Technician

to support our internal technology needs. If you're passionate about solving technical issues, enjoy helping others, and have strong computer skills, we want you on our team! Key Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical support via phone, email, or in person Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues across desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications Provide clear, user-friendly guidance and support to non-technical staff Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level IT personnel when necessary Document support requests, resolutions, and system changes accurately Maintain and update technical documentation and user guides Assist with onboarding new employees by setting up workstations and accounts Recommend improvements to helpdesk processes and tools Requirements

Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms Customer-oriented, patient, and proactive in problem-solving Ability to seek knowledge and synthesize information to assist users Ability to learn and apply knowledge to issues encountered Additional duties may be assigned by the IT Officer and/or Management.
