Base pay range:
$26.00/hr - $28.00/hr This range is provided by Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Responsibilities
Maintaining the facility network, servers, and PCs Troubleshooting and diagnosing network, server, and PC issues Assisting upper management with technology-related projects or research Assisting the operations group as needed Working with the team to manage root cause analysis, solution design, code writing, testing, documentation, and implementation of projects Executing assigned team activities with emphasis on quality, customer service, timeliness, and budget Consulting with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements and provide technical support Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (preferred) Experience in systems engineering, data processing operations, communications, risk management, or other IT areas (preferred) Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) Effective oral and written communication skills Problem solving and analytical skills with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask Experience working with warehouse management systems or sequencing is a plus Employment details
