https://www.NFP.com . Job Summary This is a full-time, exempt support position assisting the Account Team in managing existing clients with a focus on full retention. The primary role is to provide quality service to clients and cross-sell within the existing book of business. The Account Manager (AM) will serve as the day-to-day liaison between the insurance company and middle-market accounts, managing relationships with clients in collaboration with Producers and/or Account Executives. Daily tasks include contract analysis, coverage and exposure assessments, endorsement activities, routine coverage and billing inquiries, problem-solving, renewal management, quote/proposal preparation, binding coverage, and claim reporting. The AM will support Producers as needed and should have P&C experience and an active P&C license. Knowledge in commercial auto, property, general liability, umbrella, inland marine, workers compensation, and flood insurance is required. Work Environment This position is ideally hybrid from our Charlotte, NC office. Remote work may be considered for experienced candidates able to work on EST schedule. Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain effective client relationships, exceeding expectations Provide accurate, timely communication to clients Assist with service issues and questions Support clients with coverage changes, turning contacts into marketing opportunities Educate clients on coverage, exclusions, and exposures; document accordingly Respond to client needs with documents like binders, certificates, policies, and ID cards Monitor client satisfaction and document all communication Review policies and analyze renewal options Develop renewal materials and follow agency procedures Participate in ongoing professional development and adhere to licensing laws Minimum Requirements

Property and casualty license upon hire At least 2 years of commercial or personal lines insurance experience Knowledge of insurance coverages and clear communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel EPIC experience preferred; other agency management systems considered What We Offer
