$22.62/hour Training and career advancement
Opportunity to attend paid internal NADSP training to become a certified Direct Support Professional, which leads to career advancement and pay increases. Responsibilities
Assist clients with activities of daily living such as personal care and medication administration Assisting with lifting, transferring, and mobility support Support and assist with household tasks such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry Accompany individuals on outings such as daily activities, appointments, and community events Follow each individual's care plan All staff will undergo training in conflict resolution and behavioral health safety Complete required daily documentation on a computer or tablet Other duties as needed or assigned Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED Must be 18 years of age or older Experience providing direct support or direct care (preferred) Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance What’s in it for you?
