As Scrum Master , you’ll coordinate a cross-functional Agile development team utilizing the principles and tools of the Scrum Framework.

What you’ll do: Assume a servant leadership role to support a self-organized team to complete Scrum projects. Identify and remove impediments to progress. Facilitate sprint planning meetings, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, demos, and retrospectives. Identify and manage the backlog. Support, coach and mentor team members. Track daily sprint progress and maintain schedules. What you’ll need to succeed: Currently hold an active DoD Secret Security Clearance. Have a Bachelor's Degree. Must have 3+ years experience years of Scrum Master Experience leading various technical delivery projects (front-end web development, back-end development, etc.) Have a current Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification. If a projected salary range is posted for this position, it represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of MetroStar's total compensation. Additional Compensation : This role may also be eligible for bonuses and/or additional incentives based on individual and company performance.
