Ace Handyman Services . Our repair and remodeling company in Wyoming, PA is seeking an additional Office Support Person. We are a small but busy office. Our hours are from 8 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with some flexibility needed. This is a full-time position. The ideal candidate should have prior office experience, construction knowledge, and phone sales experience. Our environment is very fast-paced, requiring multi-tasking and organization. A minimum of 5 years of Administrative Assistant/Customer Service experience supporting various business areas is preferred, with the ability to interact proactively and resourcefully with owners, customers, craftsmen, and vendors at all levels. The Position Requires
Detail orientation and multi-tasking Dependability, punctuality, reliability Scheduling customer jobs Interacting with craftsmen Entering work orders into the system Quoting hours for repair tasks Creating and modifying processes Maintaining social media and marketing initiatives Clerical duties such as filing and faxing Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in English, are essential. Self-motivation and initiative are required, with minimal supervision. Phone skills are critical. Salary depends on experience and skills.
