and contribute to merging qualitative and quantitative research. What You'll Own
In your first year, you will: Own the development of synthetic user capabilities Design scalable AI pipelines to handle thousands of user interviews Explore and execute model fine-tuning opportunities for interview analysis and insight generation Be responsible for building cutting-edge AI systems that power the platform's core differentiator Requirements
4+ years of professional ML/AI engineering experience, or a recent PhD with relevant research Prior research experience is highly valued Experience working at startups or fast-growing tech companies is ideal Benefits
Salary: $120K - $250K Equity: 0.3% - 2% Work Policy: Hybrid setup (3 to 5 times per week in-person in NYC) Visa Sponsorship: Not available, except for candidates eligible for quick visas (e.g., Canadian or Mexican citizens) Commitment to Equality and Accessibility
