What you’ll do

In this role, you will be responsible for advanced administering, and supporting our modern enterprise desktop, mobile end-user devices, and related services. Working closely with end users, management, and other IT teams, you will provide creative solutions to user problems. What you’ll bring

An associate’s degree or higher in a related field with at least 4 years of relevant experience OR a high school diploma/GED along with at least 4 years of experience in a technical support area

Proficient in enterprise management tools such as Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) for software deployment, patch management, and asset tracking across large-scale environments

Demonstrates advanced technical proficiency in desktop software and hardware, including troubleshooting, configuration, and optimization of Windows operating systems and enterprise applications

Strong customer service skills

Eager to collaborate with teammates and customers

Must be able to repeatedly stoop, kneel, squat, and reach with ability to push, pull, lift, and carry 50lbs or more

Strong knowledge of the following:

Operating Systems: Proficiency in Windows administration

Office 365: Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting

Peripheral Support: Troubleshooting printers, scanners, and other peripherals

Enterprise monitoring and administration

Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues

Technical Documentation: Creating and maintaining detailed documentation

What we hope you’ll bring

Microsoft Endpoint Configuration: Manager/Intune

PowerShell: Scripting for automation and management tasks

Virtualization: Experience with virtual desktops

At least one related industry recognized certification (e.g. MCP, CompTIA, DELL, etc.) is desirable

Experience with IT Asset Management tools
