The Nagler Group A respected New Hampshire law firm is seeking a full-time Legal Administrative Assistant to join their team. This role supports the front office and legal staff with a variety of administrative responsibilities. It’s a great opportunity for someone with prior law office experience who thrives in a team-oriented environment!
Key Responsibilities
Answer and direct incoming phone calls Conduct initial intake from prospective new clients Open files and set up new matters in the billing system Assist with administrative tasks such as ordering and coordinating lunch for meetings Support general office and legal administrative needs as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in a law office or legal administrative setting Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with legal billing systems a plus
