Litigation Attorney Salary:

$120,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year, with an attractive bonus structure. Base pay range provided by Bush and Bush Law Group. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Responsibilities

Litigation Management: Oversee all phases of litigation from case inception through trial, including development of case strategies, discovery, and settlement negotiations Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their legal issues, provide legal advice and develop effective strategies Court Representation: Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and arbitration proceedings, ensuring high-quality advocacy at all times Legal Research: Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to inform case strategy and support legal arguments Drafting Legal Documents: Prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery requests that are clear, concise, and persuasive Trial Preparation: Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to prepare trial materials, including witness lists, exhibit binders, and jury instructions Case Analysis: Evaluate cases, identify issues, and provide recommendations for the best course of action Client Relations: Maintain strong communication with clients, providing regular updates on case status and developments Qualifications

Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Licensing: Licensed to practice law in California with a strong understanding of state and federal litigation procedures Experience: Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, with a strong emphasis on personal injury or employment law cases Skills: Outstanding communication, negotiation, and courtroom skills, with strong legal writing ability Trial Experience: Proven trial experience with the ability to assertively represent clients in high-stakes situations Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with meticulous attention to detail Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with a team as well as independently, while managing multiple cases effectively Benefits
