Position Overview: We seek a dedicated and organized Legal Administrative Assistant to join our team. While no prior experience is necessary, a commitment to excellence and a proactive attitude are essential.
Responsibilities
Document Collection and File Management:
Assist in gathering, organizing, and maintaining legal documents and case files to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
File Clerk Duties:
Maintain an organized filing system, both electronic and physical, to support efficient case management.
Courier Services:
Safely and promptly deliver legal documents to courts, clients, and other stakeholders as required.
Administrative Support:
Handle office correspondence, including answering phone calls and emails, scheduling meetings, and managing calendars.
Additional Administrative Tasks:
Be willing to take on any other necessary administrative tasks to help the firm run smoothly.

Education:

Compensation $10 - $13 hourly
