Architect - Residential + Mixed Use

ISG Location: St. Louis Park, MN Compensation: $65,000 - $165,000 per year ISG is seeking a creative Architect to support our Residential + Mixed-Use Business Unit. As an ISG Employee Owner, you will work collaboratively with fellow employee owners to develop creative solutions for housing projects, including multi-family and mixed-use developments. Responsibilities
Work interactively with clients and other design professionals on a broad range of housing projects in a creative environment. Engage with clients through all design phases, including master planning, documentation, funding development, programming, and presenting. Communicate project goals, objectives, design standards, and procedures with project managers and multi-disciplinary teams. Mentor and contribute to team development. Qualifications
Experience with multifamily and mixed-use projects. Bachelors or Masters degree from an accredited architecture program. Licensed to practice architecture. Ability to connect ISGs solutions to clients and communicate ideas clearly in writing and verbally. Ability to represent ISG and clients in public forums. Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp). Deep knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements. Experience in multifamily and mixed-use development design and creating detailed architectural drawings. Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Suite, and SketchUp. Projects (recent)
