Litigation Attorney

Job Overview: An established Nashville-based law firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join its dynamic team. The firm specializes in commercial real estate, corporate law, business litigation, and real estate litigation, providing comprehensive legal services to a diverse client base. Location: Duties: Provide legal advice and counsel to clients in various litigation matters. Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests. Represent clients in litigation proceedings, including court appearances and negotiations. Manage and resolve complex legal matters related to commercial real estate, business law, and real estate litigation. Collaborate with senior attorneys and work independently as needed to meet client goals. Negotiate settlements and provide strategic litigation advice. Requirements: Active Tennessee Law License (required). Strong background in complex litigation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Experience in commercial or real estate litigation is a plus. Self-starter with strong work ethic and motivation. Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications: Tennessee State Bar membership (required).
